We are proud to offer these levels of service:
Platinum service – the hands off approach – your dedicated territory manager will visit your location on a regular basis to oversee your inventory and compile your custom order. Products are delivered the following business day and the equipment is maintained to clean, working order. No need to submit orders yourself, everything will be there when you need it.
Regular service – Dedicated customer service representative – No need to submit orders yourself, your CSR will visit your location on a scheduled day to assess and deliver needed products in one stop. They typically carry a variety of products in their vehicles so any extra items can be cared for right then.
Self monitored service – for ones looking to keep track of the orders themselves, we offer our online ordering service. You will have specific access to your usual products befitting your equipment and access to order extra items as desired. All orders are submitted to our office for review and processing in just a few clicks.
Emergency equipment service – Provided at no extra charge, we have a dedicated in house team of service technicians. They are experts in the field and capable of servicing any of the equipment we provide. Simply give us a call if your machine is not running to your liking and we will dispatch a team member to get things working again in a timely manner.
